Be among the first to experience the launch of the Landmarks & Legacies Trail with a FREE guided historical and architectural walking tour through historic Downtown Washington!
This special event will be led by two passionate experts who will bring our downtown to life from two unique perspectives:
🏛️ Tommy Kleckner, Western Regional Office Director for Indiana Landmarks, will highlight the architectural styles, design elements, and preservation significance of many of our historic buildings, exploring the Landmarks that define our downtown.
📖 Bruce Smith, historian with the Daviess County Historical Society Museum, will share the fascinating stories behind the people, businesses, and events that shaped our community, revealing the Legacies we pass every day.
The tour will begin at the historic People's National Bank Building and conclude at the Daviess County Historical Society Museum, where attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy guided tours of the museum following…
