To make the process more personal and impactful, we offer one-on-one sponsorship meetings where we can walk through opportunities, answer questions, and explore the best fit for your goals. If you’re interested in learning more, simply let us know. A member of our team will reach out to schedule a time that works for you. During this meeting, we’ll review our sponsorship packet together and discuss how you can get involved—whether through event support, community programming, or ongoing partnerships. We look forward to connecting and building something meaningful together.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Scheduling an Appointment Sponsorship appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your request is submitted, a member of our team will follow up to confirm availability and finalize your appointment time. Appointment Confirmation Appointments are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team via email or phone. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when submitting your request. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other potential partners and make the best use of our time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us using the information provided in your confirmation. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure fairness to other scheduled meetings.
