The Commons in downtown Washington offers a dynamic outdoor venue ideal for concerts, festivals, markets, community celebrations, private gatherings, and more. With multiple rentable spaces including the Event Pavilion, Market Pavilion, Bandstand, or use of the full Commons area, this downtown destination provides flexible options for events of all sizes.

Whether you’re planning a public festival, a nonprofit fundraiser, or a private community gathering, The Commons provides a welcoming space in the heart of downtown Washington designed to bring people together. For availability, reservations, and event coordination, please contact the Washington Parks and Recreation Department.

Event Pavilion: $500

Market Pavilion: $600

Bandstand: $500

Entire Commons Area: $1,500

Nonprofit (501c3): 50% discount available

A $500 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required
