Banner Program

STEP 1:
Complete the Form
The Banner Program aims to enrich and enhance the Downtown Business District by adding vibrancy and beauty to downtown Washington. It also serves to highlight loved ones in our community. Four Banner Programs are available:

Seniors in Fall Extracurriculars (September - October)

Veteran's Banner (November)

Memorial Day Banner (May - July)

Seniors in Spring Extracurriculars (May - June)
Please check back for form availability. One person per banner. Banners can be purchase for $150 upon completion of the form linked above. Banners can be purchased by a loved one, employer, booster club, or sponsor.

STEP 2:
Design
Banners will be designed by Discover Downtown Washington at no additional cost.
Final designs may vary based on image quality, sizing, color scheme, and year.
Once completed, a proof will be emailed to the address provided on the order form for approval. If approval is not received within 24 hours, the design will be considered approved and sent to print.



STEP 3:
Purchase, Print, & Hang
Once the design is finalized, Discover Downtown Washington will proceed with purchasing the banner. Printing and shipping typically take 2–4 weeks.
After the banners are received, they will be installed within one week. If you have a preferred location, please indicate it on your form. We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, placement cannot be guaranteed.

STEP 4:
Return
Once banners are removed, purchasers will be contacted to arrange pickup at our office. Banners not collected within two weeks of notification will be discarded.

Depending on the theme, banners may be eligible for reuse for an additional $50 rehanging fee.
